Aikido
Aikido classes are one hour in length and open to students of all levels including beginners.
Prospective students can come to a free class on any Saturday from 11 am - 12 pm to experience Aikido. Wear comfortable, loose clothing such as draw string pants, and a tee shirt. Prospective students are also welcome to come into the dojo anytime during class hours to observe.
Weapons
Focuses on Aikido weapons training using bokken and jo.
Basics
Aikido classes open to students of all levels with an emphasis on basic skills, and where new students receive special attention. Age 13 to Adult.
Iaido (Muso Shinden Ryu style Swordsmanship)
Iaido practice, the traditional art of drawing, cutting, and re-sheathing the sword. Iaido is a separate study from Aikido. To observe or inquire about Iaido please come in to the dojo during class times to speak with Koei Kuwahara.
